Welcome to Cindy's Tipsy Chocolates! My truffles are all homemade in small batches using the finest ingredients and the finest liqueurs. I hand roll each candy and then dip it into your choice of luscious dark or milk chocolate topped off with a bit of color, nuts, coconut or toffee individualize each flavor.  I'm happy to make up a dozen of your favorite flavors or if you can't decide how about an assortment?
